    To create an account on Smarty, search for https:\/\/www.joinsmarty.com\/<\/a> on your browser and Register for a new account by entering your name, email address and creating a password.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can also create an account using your Facebook or existing Google account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. I am unable to log in to my profile. What should I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Try logging in through other accounts like Google or Facebook or clicking on forgot password. This should help you log in. If you are still unable to log in, you can contact us by clicking here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Yes, your personal information is absolutely secure. We only collect your first name, last name, and email address for creating an account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Unfortunately, you are not allowed to switch accounts between Google and Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. How do I update my profile information and\/or name?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To update your profile information, log in to your Smarty account and click on \u201cMy account\u201d in the top right corner of the window. Navigate to the \u201cProfile<\/a>\u201d section on the left for the \u201cEdit\u201d option. Click the Edit button to change your name and other profile information.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. How do I update my Email address?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To update your email address, go to the profile section<\/a> in your account and click on the \u201cedit\u201d option to update your email.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. How do I update my PayPal email?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can update your PayPal email by logging into your account and navigating to the profile section<\/a>. Find the edit option in this section and update your PayPal email.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. How do I unsubscribe from Smarty Emails?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Turn off the \u201cemail notifications\u201d and \u201cemail newsletters\u201d in the settings<\/a> section of your account. Once you toggle off these buttons, you will be unsubscribed from Smarty mails.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. How do I reset my Password?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To reset your password, click on \u201cforgot password\u201d. You will see a window to recover your password. Enter your email address in the given dialogue box and click on \u201crecover password\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You will receive an email to reset your password if the email address you have entered exists in our records. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
