How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your SmartyPlus account, follow these steps:
- Login to your SmartyPlus account.
- Go to your profile section and click on the “membership tab”.
- Now go to the bottom section and click “Cancel Smarty+ Subscription”.
After proceeding to cancel your membership, you will receive an email with confirmation about your cancellation. Now, you will not be charged any further from SmartyPlus.
SmartyPlus allows you to cancel your subscription through email or call. Write to us @[email protected] with your concern about membership cancellation. You can also dial us at (310) 593-4557 or (877) 808-0810 and get help from our agents to cancel your subscription.
