How and when will I get my refund?

To receive a refund, please cancel your SmartyPlus account either by logging in to your account or contacting our customer service team to request a refund. You should make sure to give your credit card details to avail the refund.

Once the refund is initiated, you can expect the reimbursement to appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
