Here are the benefits you can get with SmartyPlus Order Protection:
- Shipping Monitoring – Smarty keeps track of any delays in shipping and informs you if you qualify for a payment from the merchant due to a shipping delay.
- Price Monitoring – Smarty monitors your purchases from specific merchants, including car rental merchants, and checks the daily prices offered by these merchants and their competitors. If there is a price drop since your purchase, Smarty will notify you so that you can claim a payment from the merchant.
- Delivery Monitoring – Smarty monitors certain on-demand delivery services, such as food service orders, and alerts you if there are any late deliveries. If there is a delay, you may qualify for a payment from the merchant or on-demand platform.
- Return Product Monitoring – Smarty keeps track of the remaining time you have to return an item that you purchased from the merchants monitored by Smarty. It will notify you of any upcoming deadlines to return these items.
