What are the SmartyPlus travel rebates?
Air travel becomes more affordable with a SmartyPlus subscription. You can receive rebates on charges for baggage, in-flight meals, and Wi-Fi access when you travel from a major internationally recognized airline carrier.
Note these limitations before you apply for claiming travel rebates:
- To avail of SmartyPlus travel rebates, you must be an active SmartyPlus Subscriber when the baggage fee, in-flight meal, or in-air Wi-Fi access charge is incurred. You must also be a current SmartyPlus member when you submit the rebate claim.
- Ensure that you submit proof of charges for baggage fees, in-flight meals, or in-air Wi-Fi access. Moreover, submit a separate travel rebate claim form for each incurred charge.
- Submit the travel rebate claim within 30 days of the charge being incurred. You are entitled to submit a maximum of two claims each month.
- Smarty will pay $20.00 for each claim, which will be limited to $100 per year.
